What Is Dandruff?
Basically, dandruff is the residue of dead skin cells from the scalp.
According to a study, the flaking of the residue of the dead skin cells on the scalp of the head (dandruff) is somewhere near 480,000 flakes per centimetre square. The presence of dandruff as appears chronically when the number of these flakes crosses some 800,000 per centimetre square.

As we have already mentioned above, biologically, dandruffs come into existence due to the death of skin cells, (resulting into white flakes).
