If you play PUBG, then you need to set the proper settings of your game’s controls. Only after setting properly you can play this game well and make yourself better than others. In this post, we will tell you how you can do the proper basic control settings of PUBG mobile and correct the layout of your game.
Basic Controls Settings
How to do Fire Settings

Display left side fire button Settings
In this, you will be able to see the fire button on the left side. Inside this you will get 3 options, Always on, Scope on, and Close. See the image given below, the arrow is showing the fire button in it. If you are unable to see this fire button, then you have selected ‘close’ or ”scope on’ in the display left side fire button.

If you have selected Scope on, then it will not show you on the screen, it will show you only when you click on the scope or activate the scope during the game. The best of these three options is that you keep it always on, so you will not have to click the screen twice and this will increase your firing speed.

Bolt-Action Rifle and Crossbow Firing Mode
This option works for both Bolt-Action and Crossbow. It has two different settings ‘tap’ and ‘release’. If you have selected tap, then as soon as you click on fire, you can fire with your gun. The second option is ‘release’. If you have selected this option, then your scope will open first as soon as you press it and when you release it, then your gun will fire. It would be best to select the ‘tap’ option out of these.

Shotgun Firing Mode
You will also select ‘tap’ in Shotgun Firing Mode. If you have selected the ‘release’ option, then your scope will first open as soon as you press it and your gun will fire as quickly as you release it. It would be best to select the tap option out of these.

How to do Scope Settings in PUBG

Scope Mode
The first option you get under Scope Settings is ‘Scope Mode’. It has three options tap, hold, and mixed. Let us know what will happen if you select these three options. If you select tap, then as soon as you click on the scope button, the scope will open to you. And even after removing the finger, your scope will not be removed, to remove it, you will have to click on the scope again.

On the other hand, if you select the hold option, then you will have to click on the scope button to open the scope and your scope will remain open as long as you hold it. That is, as long as you hold the scope button, it will remain open. And when you remove your finger from the scope your scope will be deactivated.
Now we come to a mixed option. It is best to select the mixed option among these three. We learn what happens when this is selected and why it is the best option.
As its name suggests, with this we can tap and hold both these settings simultaneously and we know what you have to do to do this. When you select mixed, then as soon as you remove your finger by clicking on the scope, your scope will open immediately, in such a situation your tap option will be activated. And it will continue to show scope on the screen. And then you have to click the scope button again to remove it.
On the other hand, if you hold down the scope button for a while, a minimum of 0.3 seconds, then its hold option will be activated and it will work like the ‘hold’ option. And as soon as you remove your finger from the scope button, your scope will be removed. In this way, you can select the mixed option and tap and hold the option simultaneously.
Camera Rotation while ADS

You can control the movement of the scope by using this option. If you do not use the gyro, you will have to enable it to control the movement of the scope, only then you can control and recoil your scope by using your finger. If you disable it, you will not be able to control the movement of the scope and will not be able to recoil it. That’s why you keep this option enabled.
Quick Scope Switch

In the image given below, you see 6x written in it, as soon as you click on it, two options will appear in front of you 6x and Red Dot.

‘Quick Scope Switch’ If you keep it enabled then you will get the option of this switch so that you can immediately switch the scope to 6x or Red Dot.

If you disable it then you will not show this option on the screen. To switch such scopes, you have to follow a long process. That’s why to keep this option enabled.
Canted Sight Button

In this, you will get two different options ‘tap to use’ and ‘tap to switch’. Let us know about this two one by one. Look at the arrow in the image given below, it is showing you a button on which ‘side’ is written.

When you select the tap to switch option then you get two options ‘side’ and ‘main’ which you can change. After selecting the side, whenever you open the scope, you will get the side scope of the gun, which we also call Canted Sight. Will have to use it. Same when you select main, you will get 6x scope while using the scope.

On the other hand, if you select tap to use, then you will get a separate button for Canted Sight which is shown in the image below marked by an arrow. On selecting this option, as soon as you click on the scope, your 6x scope will open. And after clicking that red dot your Canted Sight scope should be open.

In such a situation it would be best to select the tap-to-use option.
Focal Length Adjustment

With the help of this option, you can increase or decrease the focus of your scope, its range is from 3x to 6x. Here you will get two options tap and hold. If you select the tab, then as soon as you open the scope and click on it, you will get the option to adjust the focus and it will be visible to you until you cut it. Then its focus can be adjusted accordingly.

Same if you select to hold, then as soon as you adjust the focus, you will have to hold it and as soon as you remove your finger from the focus, then it will go away. In this case, you keep the tap option selected and kept.

See in the image below, you will see these two options only when you enable Peak Settings. By enabling it, you can twist your scope. When you enable this option, then you will get 3 more different options inside it Lean mode, peak and open scope. Now we know about them one by one.
Lean mode
It has a tap, hold, and mixed options. If you keep it selected on tap, then as soon as you activate the scope, then you will be able to peek with the help of a single tap. And then to fix it, you have to tap again on the screen.

On selecting hold, to peak the scope, you will have to tap and hold the screen. The longer you hold it, the longer it will peek. Same if you keep it on mixed then you can use both the tap and hold options together. That’s why you select the mixed option in it.
peak and open source
If you enable it, then as soon as you click on peek, your scope will open and you will lean towards the side on which you pressed peak. On the other hand, if you disable it, as soon as you click on peek, you will bow down but your scope will not open. In this case, you can enable and disable it according to your own. But there is only an advantage in keeping it enabled.
Camera Rotation While Leaning
If you keep it enabled, then whenever you use peek, you can control the aim of the camera or your gun. But if you have disabled it. If you do not use the gyro, then you will not be able to control your aim along with the peak, and after peaking your aim will be fixed in one place. In such a situation, keep it enabled, then it will be easy for you to use Peek
So this was about the basic control setting you can do in your PUBG mobile so that you can play this game perfectly.
