As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, he actively contributed to the acquisition of OnePath Life, showcasing his strategic acumen.

Following his impactful role at Cigna New Zealand, Joe transitioned into Actuarial Contracting at Westpac New Zealand. Over two years and five months, from March 2019 to July 2021, he lent his expertise to the organization. Beyond his professional endeavors, Joe was deeply committed to community engagement and educational development, serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Karori Normal School.
