Tea contains caffeine and we have to drink some tea but not a lot. We have to drink it for once in the pre-gym period. You shouldn’t take too much tea during a fast.

It will help a lot during the fast that it blocks adenosine. Now, the blocking of adenosine consequently allows the subsequent increase catecholamine like norepinephrine dopamine and epinephrine. That’s going to help increase in fat-burning rate but it does another thing. It helps make you relaxed, calm, satiated and feeling overall good. Coffee increases the number of receptors for GABA. We have to add ½ a teaspoon of sea salt to the water and that works perfectly for us during the fast hours. It all has to do with the fact that we need Sodium and Potassium-ion exchange to occur. That creates ATPase enzyme and that enzyme create ATP(or Adenosine Triphosphate), the atom of energy.

So that you will get some idea about your weight and that will help you make a change in your diet plan. if you want to add a sweetener to your drink then add a little bit of artificial sweetener available In the market.
