Tea contains caffeine and we have to drink some tea but not a lot. We have to drink it for once in the pre-gym period. You shouldn’t take too much tea during a fast.
• Black Coffee During Intermittent Fasting:-
It will help a lot during the fast that it blocks adenosine. Now, the blocking of adenosine consequently allows the subsequent increase catecholamine like norepinephrine dopamine and epinephrine. That’s going to help increase in fat-burning rate but it does another thing. It helps make you relaxed, calm, satiated and feeling overall good. Coffee increases the number of receptors for GABA. GABA stands for gamma-aminobutyric acid and it gives you calmness and a sense of relief during the fast.
• Apple Cider Vinegar During Intermittent Fasting:-

That creates ATPase enzyme and that enzyme create ATP(or Adenosine Triphosphate), the atom of energy.
• Green Tea During Intermittent Fasting:-
Tea will not break a fast, no metabolic response and there’s no insulin response. It’s just flat-out good stuff and the EGCG, which is known as epigallocatechin gallate has a strong effect on satiation. It does this by increasing the level of cholecystokinin or CKK. CKK actually triggers the satiation response. In the very beginning of your fasting, you have to take it for a boom response to your metabolism.

Don’t add the sugar and don’t add creamers and not even almond milk or cashew milk to tea. Avoid coconut water and alcohol during fast both of these contains a lot of sugar. You shouldn’t take the junk foods like soda, ghee, butter, oil etc.
Take some filtered or purified water after wake up from bed before going to the washroom. Measure your weight in empty stomach.
